ISRAEL & JORDAN
13-Day Tour

This tour is an immersive, faith-centered journey through Israel and Jordan featuring key biblical locations and the historical and cultural richness of the region. 

The trip begins with an overnight flight from the United States to Tel Aviv, followed by a transfer to Jerusalem for a five-night stay. Experiences include a walking tour of Jerusalem’s Old City, visiting the Church of the Holy Sepulcher and the Western Wall. Over the next several days, we explore sites in and around Jerusalem and the West Bank, such as Bethlehem, the Shepherds’ Fields, the Valley of Elah, the Israel Museum, and the Garden Tomb. Additional excursions include Masada, Ein Gedi, and Qumran near the Dead Sea; a full day in Jerusalem visiting the City of David, Hezekiah’s Tunnel, the Pool of Siloam, the Temple Mount area, and surrounding sites connected to the final days of Jesus; and a trip to Jericho with a stop at Qasr al-Yahud, the traditional baptism site of Jesus. 

The tour then continues through Joppa, Caesarea Maritima, and Nazareth before settling for three nights by the Sea of Galilee, to visit Capernaum, Magdala, Tabgha, the Mount of Beatitudes, Caesarea Philippi, and enjoy a boat ride on the lake. 

The final portion of the journey crosses into Jordan, traveling the historic King’s Highway to Petra for an unforgettable full-day exploration. The trip concludes with visits to Mount Nebo, Madaba, and the Dead Sea, a farewell dinner in Amman, and an overnight return flight to the United States.

WHEN: OCTOBER 3-15, 2026 (includes the full day of travel on both ends)

PRICE: $4,095 per person + airfare secured by each traveler on their own (typical total airfare avg $1300-1500/person).
  • $300 non-refundable deposit due at registration
  • Payments towards all balances can be made in increments as:
    • $1195 due Mar 3, 2026 ($995 if pay $300 deposit by 1/31/26)
    • $1300 due May 3, 2026
    • $1300 due July 3, 2026
    • Check payments made to RiverTree. If paying by credit card, add 3% to cover credit card processing fees
    • Add'l  non-refundable late registration fee of $200 applies after July 3, 2026

NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE:
• Airfare. Typical airfare is $1300-$1500/person and booked by each participant
• Transfer from Tel Aviv airport to Jerusalem Hotel if your flight arrives later than 1.5 hours after hosts scheduled arrival
• An additional fee of $850 required if traveling solo and prefer your own hotel room.  Two singles of the same sex can agree to room together to eliminate this fee
• Trip Insurance
• Passport, with required expiration date greater than six months after the final day of your trip
• Meals at airports on travel days
• All Lunches and Farewell Dinner in Jordan
• Transportation to USA airports/parking at airports
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
  • If Traveler Cancels: 
    • Airfare returned according to the fare policy at the time of your purchase
    • $300 Non-Refundable Deposit applies
    • For the remaining amount, the following cancellation charges apply: 
      • Through Jul 3 -Deposit Amount of $300 
      • Jul 4-Aug 3 - 25% (75% returned to you) 
      • Aug 4-Sep 3 -50% (50% returned to you)
      • Sept 4-Oct 3 - 100% (0% returned to you)
  • If Host Cancels and does not reschedule:
    • Airfare returned according to the fare policy at time of your purchase
    • Traveler receives 100% of money paid (minus $300 non-refundable deposit)
  • If trip cancelled & rescheduled due to government action, pandemic, etc.:
    • Traveler agrees to rescheduled date
      • Traveler agrees to pay any increased flight, hotel, transportation, etc. expenses
    • Traveler does not agree to rescheduled date
      • Airfare returned according to the fare policy at time of purchase. 
      • Traveler receives 100% of money paid (minus $300 non-refundable deposit
  • IMPORTANT INFO:
    • Minimum age to attend is 14. 
    • Ages 14-17 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
    • 4 pre-trip mandatory info/prep meetings are required TBD
